Westin Homes’ new 50-foot model is a spacious, two-story home with a first-floor open-concept plan ideal for active families and entertaining.

The new model also features an inviting Owner’s Suite, complete with spacious walk-in closet, oversized soaking tub and dual vanities.
As Westin Homes marks the grand opening of its second Meridiana model home, the builder reports several move-in ready homes on 50-foot homesites are already under construction.
With the opening of the new Westin Homes model, Meridiana now boasts 21 model homes, each fully furnished and expertly decorated, with most located in the community’s model home park.
