Adventure Cove is where residents can soak up the summer sun! It’s the perfect place to relax poolside while listening to the sounds of the cascading waterfall, catch the waves in the exhilarating Wave Pool or grab a tube and hit the Tidal River, find a picnic table after ordering a bite to eat from the Food Truck Park, or hang out under the large Covered Pavilion to get out of the sun while playing a fun game of Jenga. The Adventure Cove Welcome Center is now the new home of the HOA and will complete your private tour of Meridiana’s one-of-a-kind amenities!

The Oasis Village is your community hub. Where you go for a burger at Cafe Sol, a workout at the Fitness Center, book club at the Conservatory, a concert at the Amphitheater, a friendly game of foosball in the Game Area, or to cool off in one of the pools. If you’re not a resident (yet) the Oasis Village & Welcome Center is where you begin your new home search.

Adjacent to the Oasis Village, a 100-acre park is the destination for the entire region. The sports fields brings soccer, baseball, volleyball and basketball courts. The bike paths add to Meridiana’s already growing network of trails, and the park provides a shaded play structure and perfect places to picnic or relax to take it all in. After a spin in the park, you can stop by Cafe Sol to refuel.
