Meridiana Invites Public to Summer Home Tours Event Featuring 20+ Model Homes and Family-Friendly Fu
Families are invited to explore the Meridiana lifestyle during the community’s upcoming Summer Home Tours set for Saturday, May 30 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The free, open-to-the-public event will take place in Meridiana’s Model Home Park, located at 5411 Elegance Court in Manvel.
Guests can tour more than 20 beautifully designed model homes, each showcasing the latest in home design, architecture and livability from some of the region’s top builders. Whether actively searching for a new home or simply looking for inspiration, everyone will find the event offers a firsthand look at what life in one of the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities can be.
Beyond the homes, Meridiana’s Summer Home Tours is designed to bring the community to life. Visitors can enjoy an 18-hole miniature golf course, relax on the Amenity Lawn, and take part in family-friendly activities that make for a fun and memorable afternoon.
Check-in begins at the Welcome table, where guests will receive a Meridiana swag bag complete with a drawstring backpack, water bottle, mini golf scorecard, and model home map – everything needed to explore the event and enjoy a day in the sun.
To reach Meridiana, take the Meridiana Parkway exit from Highway 288 and follow the signs to the Model Home Park.
