IOWA COLONY, TX (January 2025) – Fresh off a record-setting sales year, the Texas 288 community of Meridiana has launched a new app where residents can explore the community calendar, discover events for all ages, and join various interest-based clubs and activities.
The new resident app also offers information on amenities, schools, parks and other community features. The app is available in the App and Google Play stores, or users can search for “Meridiana TX.”
“Our new resident app is all about creating a seamless connection between residents and everything Meridiana has to offer,” said Hanna Linder, Director of Operations. “From discovering community events to accessing information about our amenities and schools, the app is a convenient tool to enrich the lifestyle experience for everyone who calls Meridiana home.”
Meridiana offers resort-style fitness and entertainment amenities at two distinct venues: the waterfront Oasis Village and Adventure Cove, an unrivaled resident-only setting featuring a spacious wave pool, winding tidal river, recreation pool, fitness center, central lawn, outdoor fitness space, large pavilion and food truck park.
