Introduce Community’s First New Homes on Gated 90-Foot Homesites
MANVEL, TX (November 24, 2025) – Two longtime homebuilders, Drees Custom Homes and Perry Homes, are expanding their presence in the top-selling community of Meridiana with new offerings on gated 70-foot homesites and the community’s first 90-foot properties.
Drees Custom Homes will introduce the community’s first homes on spacious 90-foot homesites in the new Meridiana gated neighborhood of Churchill Gardens. Eleven distinct floor plans from 3,500 – 5,035 square feet are available, with pricing from the $770s to more than $1 million.
In Meridiana’s new Cumberland Grove gated neighborhood, Drees Custom Homes is adding new homes on 70-foot homesites with 11 floor plans ranging from 2,938 – 4,400 square feet. Perry Homes also will add new homes in Cumberland Grove with 27 floor plans ranging from 3000- 4400 square feet. The new 70-foot homesite homes are priced from the $640s to the $820s.
All homes will feature open-concept layouts, island kitchens, spacious bedrooms and today’s most sought-after design features. Several move-in ready homes are near completion, with model homes by both builders scheduled to open in 2026.
