Café Sol to Temporarily Close for Renovation, Restaurant to Re-Open by Summer
IOWA COLONY, TX (February, 2025) – Meridiana is pleased to announce plans for the renovation of its onsite restaurant, Café Sol, as the popular eatery and community gathering spot is refreshed for families to enjoy for years to come.
Due to the extent of the renovations, Café Sol will temporarily close with plans to open by the start of this summer. The restaurant’s last day before its temporary closing will be Saturday, February 8.
“Café Sol is one of our most popular community amenities, and while we regret having to temporarily close the restaurant, we’re excited to soon welcome its new look and feel,” says Hanna Linder, Director of Operations.
