Two National Studies Rank Meridiana Among Nation’s
Top-Selling Master-Planned Communitie

According to the 2025 national new home sales rankings released by RCLCO Real Estate Consulting, Meridiana ranked #24 among the nation’s 50 top-selling master-planned communities. The ranking marks the fifth consecutive year Meridiana has earned a spot on RCLCO’s prestigious list and ties the community’s highest ranking to date, matching its strongest showing since first appearing in the rankings in 2020.
Another newly released report by John Burns Research & Consulting ranked Meridiana #19 among the nation’s 50 top-selling master-planned communities, placing the community firmly among the nation’s most popular residential developments.
Meridiana recorded 527 new home sales in 2025, underscoring the community’s continued momentum interest from homebuyers seeking a lifestyle-driven community with exceptional amenities and on-site conveniences.
