Meridiana Invites the Public to Tour 21 New Designer Model Homes at Model Park Grand Opening
MANVEL, TX (February 16, 2026) – Meridiana, one of the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities minutes south of Pearland, will open the doors to 21 new showcase model homes, each fully furnished and expertly decorated, as part of its Model Park Grand Opening on Saturday, February 21 from noon – 4 p.m.
Inside the model homes, guests will discover chef-inspired kitchens, open-concept living areas, spa-like primary suites, and game rooms designed for fun and flexibility, creating the feel of walking through the pages of a home design magazine.
In addition to touring the new models, guests will enjoy a first look at Rolling Greens Park, Meridiana’s newest amenity destination. Spanning more than four acres, Rolling Greens Park features a family-friendly 18-hole mini golf course, a spacious event lawn, and scenic walking paths.
