Meridiana and Cane Island, both developed by Rise Communities, have earned spots on the list of the nation’s 50 top-selling master-planned communities for the midpoint of 2023 as compiled by RCLCO Real Estate Consulting.
Meridiana, the well-planned community of new homes minutes south of Pearland, ranked at #33, up four spots from its end-of-year 2022 ranking. Making its debut on the RCLCO list, Katy’s Cane Island came in at #45 among the nation’s top-selling communities with sales up 51% over its 2022 midyear figures.
