Meridiana Covers 2025 HOA Dues on Select Homesites
IOWA COLONY, TX (January 22, 2025) – The top-selling community of Meridiana is providing new home buyers the opportunity to have their homeowners’ association dues fully covered for 2025, a $1,300 value.
The community’s limited-time offer allows buyers to enjoy a full year of savings while benefiting from the HOA’s vital role in maintaining Meridiana’s beauty, amenities, and overall community appeal.
To be eligible for the savings, new home buyers must sign an initial earnest money contract on a select Meridiana homesite between January 1 – February 28, 2025. The home also must close by the date specified by each participating builder.
If a new Meridiana home is purchased after January 31, 2025, then the participating builder will be responsible for the prorated 2025 Master Dues as determined at closing.
