Meridiana, one of the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities, has added Newmark Homes to its extensive builder line up.
The longtime Texas builder will add new homes on Meridiana’s popular 40-foot homesites with thoughtfully designed floorplans from 1,240 – 2,400 square feet. Thirteen plans will feature Newmark’s award winning-designs, its nationally recognized energy efficiency program and smart home technologies.
Plans offer expansive interiors, generously proportioned entertaining spaces, vast dining areas, open kitchen with oversized island connecting seamlessly with the breakfast nook and family room, and spacious main and secondary bedrooms.
Construction of move-in ready homes is expected to begin in September 2023. Newmark is expected to open a new model in December 2023.
