Meridiana will celebrate the grand opening of six of its 18 new, fully furnished models on Saturday, September 10 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. when these expertly decorated showcases – each enhanced with fun football décor and interactive activities – open to the public for the first time.
Meridiana’s Majestic Court cul-de-sac features spectacular new models by Chesmar Homes, Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes and Perry Homes presenting top-selling plans on 40-, 45-, and 50-foot homesites.
Plus, each model will host an array of football-themed games and complimentary game snacks including hot dogs and sliders, nachos, popcorn, trail mix and ice-cold sodas. Guests also can enter for the chance to win game day tickets to an upcoming home game of Houston’s professional football team.
Additional showcase model homes will open with similar festivities on Saturday, September 24 and Saturday, October 8.
To reach the community and its new model homes, take the Meridiana Parkway exit from Texas 288, just minutes south of Pearland, and follow the signs.
