The top-selling community of Meridiana will kick off the fall season with the return of its popular Fall Festival on Saturday, October 14 featuring an array of free, fun children’s activities in the community’s waterfront Oasis Village.
Starting at 10 a.m. until 1 p.m., DJ music will fill the air as families enjoy an animal petting zoo presented by Jim’s Jungle of Alvin, amazing juggling acts, a face painter and balloon twister. A special performance by the Cardinals Dance Team from Meridiana’s onsite Caffey Junior High School also is scheduled.
Admission is free and ample onsite parking is available.
After the festival, families are encouraged to experience one of the area’s largest model home collections featuring top-selling floor plans from several acclaimed builders. All models are open until 6 p.m.
Meridiana’s Oasis Village is located in the heart of the community of new homes at 4003 Meridiana Parkway.
To reach Meridiana, head south on Texas 288 from Pearland, take the Meridiana Parkway exit and turn left onto the overpass into the community. Those heading north on Texas 288 can take the parkway exit and turn right into the community.
