Meridiana Earns Spot in New National Ranking of Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities
MANVEL, TX (December, 2025) – Following another year of brisk new home sales, Meridiana has earned a spot among the nation’s top selling master-planned communities, according to a new ranking by Zonda Economics, a leading provider of housing market intelligence.
With a projected 530 new home sales in 2025, Meridiana ranks #23 among Zonda’s
first-ever projected forecast of the nation’s top-25 selling master-planned communities.
According to Zonda, the rankings draw on the firm’s quarterly developer surveys, year-end outreach, and proprietary database of master-planned community sales data. Data was collected through November year-to-date, with December sales estimated using a combination of historical trends and developer year-end projections.
“This recognition reflects the sustained demand we’re seeing for a thoughtfully designed community that truly enhances daily life,” said Matt Lawson, president of Rise Communities, developer of Meridiana. “Homebuyers continue to choose Meridiana because of its unmatched amenities, strong schools, and the long-term vision we’ve created.”
