Meridiana has expanded its roster of home builders with the addition of Newmark Homes, offering top-selling plans on 40-foot homesites, while current Meridiana builder Chesmar Homes is adding the community’s first Courtyard-style homes.
Both Newmark and Chesmar also have opened new Meridiana models, bringing the community’s model home collection to 23.
Newmark Homes is making its Meridiana debut with 40-foot plans featuring two-story entry, spacious family room, island kitchen, first-floor Owners Suite, second-floor game room, and upstairs secondary bedrooms. Newmark’s new Meridiana model, open daily, is located at 5311 Majestic Court.
The community also is adding two-story Courtyard homes by Chesmar with plans featuring three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, flex room, first-floor covered patio, second-floor covered balcony and two-car garage. A new Chesmar Homes Courtyard model, open daily at 10003 Rosette Drive, is the builder’s fifth in the community.
Meridiana model homes, each fully furnished and expertly decorated, also are presented by Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Toll Brothers, and Shea Homes.
