Coming off a record sales year, the Texas 288 community of Meridiana has landed on the list of the nation’s Top-50 Selling Master-Planned Communities as compiled by John Burns Real Estate Consulting, a trusted resource which provides independent and consulting services related to the U.S. housing market.
Meridiana’s 497 new home sales in 2023, up from 400 in 2022, rank the community at #32 among the nation’s top sellers on the John Burns list. Recently, a similar list compiled by RCLCO Real Estate Consulting ranked the community at #37 among the nation’s top sellers.
With a record-setting year completed, Meridiana enters 2024 with an expanded builder line up featuring the additions of Newmark Homes and Westin Homes. Its third onsite school, Bennett Elementary, also will open for the fall 2024 semester.
