Meridiana will celebrate the holidays in grand fashion with the debut of its Holiday Sip & Stroll, a holiday-themed tour of 21 all-new showcase model homes, on Saturday, December 17 from 1 – 4 p.m.
Guests will enjoy complimentary holiday drinks and decadent treats while touring any or all of the fully furnished, expertly decorated models by Houston’s finest builders.  Plus, visitors can register to win a free Espresso machine and coffee bar accompaniments, the perfect addition to any holiday kitchen. Admission is free.
As guests sip on their favorite libation, they can stroll through beautiful gourmet kitchens, spacious family rooms and inviting Owner’s Suites. Single and two-story models also present impressive home office spaces, secluded wine grottos, fun-packed media rooms and game rooms, spacious outdoor entertaining spaces and more.
In addition to the Holiday Sip & Stroll, Meridiana continues to offer a limited-time savings of up to $20,000 on select homesites.
To be eligible for the savings, buyers must sign an initial earnest money contract between November 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022. The property must close within 30 days for completed inventory homes, or 30 days after completion for planned inventory homes. One offer is allowed per contract. Offer is valid for select homesites as identified by each participating builder.
