Saddle Up! Meridiana Hosts Texas-Sized Model
Home Tour with Themed Prizes on Saturday, March 22
IOWA COLONY, TX (March 2025) – The top-selling community of Meridiana is embracing the famous saying, “Everything is Bigger in Texas,” by hosting Howdy Homes: A Texas-Sized Tour of its 21 model homes on Saturday, March 22 from noon – 4 p.m.
Guests can tour the community’s showcase model homes, each fully furnished and expertly decorated, where they’ll discover gourmet island kitchens, inspiring morning rooms, spacious family rooms, inviting Owner’s Suites, state-of-the-art media rooms, fun-packed game rooms, smartly designed home-office spaces, spacious outdoor entertaining spaces, and more.
The fun begins in the Meridiana model home park where families can stroll from one model to another while other model homes are just a few blocks away.
Families also can browse vendor booths, grab rodeo eats, and enjoy games, grand prizes and fun activities for all ages. As a special treat, the first 30 guests will receive free custom boot charms while the first 50 in attendance will receive a free tote goodie bag filled with Texas-themed surprises.
In addition to new homes from acclaimed builders, Meridiana offers resort-style fitness and entertainment amenities at two distinct venues: the waterfront Oasis Village and Adventure Cove, an unrivaled resident-only setting featuring a spacious wave pool, winding tidal river, recreation pool, fitness center, central lawn, outdoor fitness space, large pavilion and food truck park.
