Tour Model Homes and Enjoy Family Fun at
Meridiana’s May 31 Spring Fling Home Tours
IOWA COLONY, TX (May xx, 2025) – The top-selling community of Meridiana invites families to celebrate the season at its Spring Fling Home Tours, a festive afternoon of model home tours and family fun.
On Saturday, May 31 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., families can stroll through beautifully decorated model homes by award-winning builders, shop unique finds from local vendors, and enjoy giveaways, free refreshments, and more—all in the heart of Meridiana’s vibrant, welcoming community.
All the fun can be found in the community’s model home park, 5311 Majestic Court, just off Meridiana Parkway.
In addition to new homes from acclaimed homebuilders, Meridiana offers resort-style fitness and entertainment amenities at two distinct venues: the waterfront Oasis Village and Adventure Cove, featuring a wave pool, tidal river, recreation pool, fitness center, central lawn, outdoor fitness space, large pavilion and food truck park.
