Meridiana Builders Offer Up to $10,000 in Home Appliance
Allowances on Select Homes
IOWA COLONY, TX (March, 2025) – The top-selling community of Meridiana is celebrating the start of the “spring cleaning” season by offering new home buyers up to $10,000 in appliance allowances on select homesites, the perfect way to enjoy a new home with a brand-new washer, dryer, and other top-of-the-line appliances.
To be eligible for the limited-time appliance allowance, home buyers must download the “Spring Clean. Spring Save” promotional flyer from the community’s website, www.MeridianaTexas.com, and present it at a participating builder’s model home. Promotional flyers also are available at the community’s Oasis Village Welcome Center.
The purchaser also must sign an initial earnest money contract between April 1, 2025 – May 31, 2025, and close by the specified date of the participating builder.
