Beginning March 1, 2022, buyers can go to MeridianaTexas.com and browse eligible new homes from the community’s award-winning builders for the opportunity to save up to $5,000 in closing costs during Meridiana’s “Spring Into Savings.”
Simply click the View Promotion button on Meridiana’s home page to download the savings certificate. Present your certificate to a participating builder’s sales representative at the beginning of your visit to redeem the savings.
Meridiana’s Spring Into Savings offer is valid on the purchase of an eligible new Meridiana home with an earnest money contract signed by April 30, 2022.
