No hoa fees for 2025!

“2025 Master HOA dues priced at $1,300 are the responsibility of the participating builder at closing and will vary based date of closing. If purchased after the first month of 2025, then the participating builder would be responsible for the prorated 2025 Master Dues as determined at closing. For the promotion to be applied, participants must initially present the flyer at a participating builder’s model home. Purchaser must sign the initial earnest money contract between 1/1/2025 – 2/28/2025 and close by the specified date of the participating builders. All sales or offers on inventory or new construction homes must be eligible by the builder’s standards, requirements, terms, and conditions. Builder has the right to determine eligibility. Resale homes are not new homes and do not qualify for the incentive. Prices, specifications, details, and availability of builder’s new homes are subject to change without notice.
