Among New Conveniences Opening in Meridiana
IOWA COLONY, TX (May, 2025) – Several restaurants, healthcare conveniences and a new early childhood education center have announced plans to open in the top-selling community of Meridiana to service residents and those living and working in the surrounding area.
Meridiana Marketplace, a new development by Gulf Coast Commercial Group at the southeast corner of Highway 6 and Meridiana Parkway, will soon welcome Firehouse Subs, Marco’s Pizza, Manvel Dental Care, Tiger J. Kim’s World-Class Tae Kwon Do, UPS Store, Next Level Urgent Care and McDonald’s. The project is located directly across from Manvel High School.
A second new retail center, Meridiana Village, is currently leasing at 5115 Meridiana Parkway adjacent to Caffey Junior High School. A project by Palo Duro Commercial Partners, the new retail space will soon welcome It’s Your Childcare, Pretty Pilates, and Golf Swing as its first tenants.
In addition, a new Kiddie Academy will open later this year at Meridiana Parkway and North Inspiration Way, becoming the second early childhood education center within the community of new homes
