Meridiana will celebrate the arrival of cooler temps and fun activities for fall during its annual Fall Festival & Home Tours on Saturday, October 15 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. with tours of 21 showcase models, live music, a spacious craft and vendor market, food trucks and children’s activities.
Houston’s leading builders will open the doors to one of the area’s largest model home collections featuring top-selling floor plans for homesites from 40-100’ in width, including those in Meridiana’s exclusive gated sections.
Situated on three secluded cul-de-sacs, each model home is fully furnished and expertly decorated giving guests the opportunity to conveniently and quickly walk from one magazine-quality house to the next.
Before or after touring Meridiana’s showcase models, families can visit the community’s nearby Oasis Village for live music by Patty O’ Beers and a craft and vendor market presenting fun gifts and unique finds for the home. Attending families also will enjoy a photo booth and food trucks along with face painting and a fun balloon twister for the kids.
Admission to this exciting seasonal event is free and ample onsite parking available.
