IOWA COLONY, TX (January 08, 2025) – Following another record-setting sales year, the Texas
288 community of Meridiana has climbed to its highest ranking among the nation’s top-selling
master-planned communities.
With 555 new home sales in 2024, Meridiana now ranks #23 among the nation’s Top-50 Selling
Master-Planned Communities as compiled by John Burns Real Estate Consulting, a trusted resource
which provides independent and consulting services related to the U.S. housing market.
Meridiana also ranks #24 among the nation’s Top-50 Selling Master-Planned Communities as
compiled by RCLCO Real Estate Consulting.
The community’s 2024 new home sales total represents an impressive 12-percent increase from its
2023 figure. Fewer than one third of the communities on either top-50 list achieved such a year over-year increase.
