Buyers who purchase a new Meridiana home during the first month of 2026 will also benefit, paying only prorated 2026 Master HOA dues as determined at closing. The community’s 2026 Master HOA dues are $1,330.
To qualify, new homebuyers must download the promotional flyer, available at (https://meridianatexas.com/promo-season-of-savings/), present it at a participating builder’s model home, and sign an earnest money contract between November 1 – December 31, 2025. The promotion applies only to eligible new homes offered by participating Meridiana builders.
