Meridiana’s Blues, Brews & BBQ Returns June 28
with Live Music, Family Fun, and Smokin’ Good Eats
IOWA COLONY, TX (June 2025) – The sweet sounds of summer are coming back to Meridiana as the top-selling community, located minutes south of Pearland, hosts its popular Blues, Brews & BBQ celebration on Saturday, June 28 from 4 – 8 p.m.
Held at the community’s lakefront Oasis Village, 4003 Meridiana Parkway, this free, family-friendly event is the perfect prelude to the Fourth of July—offering guests an afternoon of soulful blues music, complimentary local brews, and mouthwatering barbecue available for purchase. Guests will also enjoy a vendor market, games, and activities for all ages, including face painting, a water/foam slide, and other festive surprises.
This year’s featured performer, Anthony Rejiv, is a dynamic singer, saxophonist, composer, and actor who blends smooth jazz, blues, R&B, gospel, and reggae into his soulful sound. With more than 200 original songs, Rejiv brings a message of faith and inspiration to every performance—one smooth note at a time.
Admission is free and onsite parking is available.
